The Planning Subcommittee responds to what is being proposed in a land use plan.

The Transportation Sub-Committee promotes sound planning for commuter and passenger rail, streetcars, underground parking for neighborhood businesses and residents, and billboard and sign control.

The Historic Preservation Subcommittee protects and preserves the significant historic properties, vistas, landscapes, and archaeology of D.C.

The Housing Subcommittee promotes an inclusive city by advocating policies and tools that will produce greater housing affordability.
