The Committee of 100 on the Federal City offers these comments and recommendations concerning National Park Service (NPS)’s May 21, 2020 STATEMENT OF FINDINGS FOR EXECUTIVE ORDER 11990 (PROTECTION OF WETLANDS), Long Bridge Project Environmental Impact Statement. The Statement of Findings announced that the NPS has determined that the new Long Bridge construction would adversely impact wetlands within the Long Bridge Project Area, and recommends mitigation.
